Terms and Conditions of TV Mount Mate.

By booking our services, whether arranged online, by telephone, through social media, or by any other means, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. TVMountMate’s liability is strictly limited to accidental damage directly and demonstrably caused by our actions during the installation process. We accept no responsibility for faults, defects, or damage reported after we have left the premises unless clear evidence proves our direct involvement.

This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as damaged pixels, dislodged HDMI cables, electrical or lighting faults, sound issues, or any problem arising from third-party interference or subsequent handling. Should a television be found damaged, faulty, or broken before or during installation, we will not be held liable in any capacity; payment for the agreed service remains due in full, and any claims regarding the television must be pursued with the retailer or delivery provider.

Our one-year workmanship warranty applies solely to our installation work—specifically, brackets installed by us coming loose or bending under normal, intended use—and expressly excludes televisions, cables, ancillary devices, or any damage arising after completion. A minimum call-out fee of £[50] will be charged for any non-warranty visit, including those necessitated by altered, disconnected, or damaged cabling, accidental damage, or unrelated equipment faults.
Televisions exceeding [insert weight limit] or involving challenging installation locations require a minimum of two installers; should you decline this, you accept full responsibility for any resulting loss, damage, or injury. In the event of a claim against our public liability insurance, you will be responsible for the payment of any applicable excess. You are solely responsible for ensuring the suitability of your television, bracket, and mounting surface prior to our attendance. We disclaim any liability for issues arising from unsuitable or inadequate equipment, walls, or fixtures supplied or approved by you.
