Most TV mounting problems come down to one thing. The wrong fixing for the wall.
Standard wall plugs are not built for the sustained weight of a TV bracket, especially on plasterboard. On brick, a fixing placed into a mortar joint can slowly work loose. On dot-and-dab, a short fixing that does not bridge the gap behind the board will not hold.
We check the wall type before choosing any fixing. The bracket, fixing method, and cable route are all decided on site based on what is actually there. Our lead installer holds a Level 2 Electrical Installations qualification and follows safe working practices when checking cable routes before drilling.

From simple flat brackets to specialist installations on difficult walls, every service is planned around your TV, your wall, and how you want to use the room.
The most common job. TV mounted flush or angled downward. Best for rooms where the sofa sits directly in front of the screen.
For corner positions or open-plan rooms where the viewing angle needs to change. Full-motion brackets put more load on the wall and need extra care with fixing layout.
65-inch to 100-inch screens handled carefully. Mention your TV model when you get in touch and we will advise on the right bracket before you buy.
For plasterboard, dot-and-dab, chimney breasts, and other tricky walls, we check the structure first and choose the fixing method on site. The detailed wall guides explain each wall type.
A customer needed a 65-inch LG G5 OLED mounted on a plasterboard stud wall with a Sonos Arc soundbar below it. Cables needed to be hidden inside the wall.
We located the studs, confirmed the fixing points, mounted the TV directly into the frame, fitted the soundbar, and checked the cable route before hiding the cables inside the wall cavity for a clean finish.
Large OLED installs on plasterboard are jobs we handle regularly. If your situation is similar, get in touch and we will advise before you book.
Every installation follows a clear step-by-step process to ensure the TV is securely mounted, correctly positioned, and professionally finished.

We confirm what the wall is made of and whether anything changes the plan before we drill.

We check viewing height from your actual seating position. We plan the cable route at this stage, not after.

Bracket type matched to the TV size and wall. We check the wall and choose the correct fixing method on site.

We use a spirit level to get the bracket straight, check every fixing point, then test all your connections. The room is left clean and tidy before we hand over the remote.
We cover the most common wall types found in London, Essex, and Kent homes. Below is a short overview. Each full wall guide explains the fixing method in more detail.
We check the wall structure and choose the correct fixing method on site. Never standard wall plugs.
Plasterboard bonded to masonry with a hidden gap behind. The fixing method must account for that gap.
Old London brick, cavity brick, and exposed brick all handled differently. Mortar joints avoided as fixing points.
Heat checks, cable route planning, and honest bracket advice before anything goes on the wall.
The best TV bracket depends on the TV size, wall type, VESA pattern, viewing position, and how much movement you need from the screen.
Before you buy a bracket, check:
Full-motion brackets need extra care because the arm pulls the weight away from the wall. Large OLED and QLED screens also need careful bracket choice because of their size, weight, and slim design.
If you are not sure which bracket suits your room, send us your TV model and a photo of the wall before buying.
We mount most major TV brands, including Samsung, LG, Sony, Sky Glass, Hisense, TCL, Panasonic, and Philips.
Large OLED, QLED, Samsung Frame TV, and Sky Glass installs may need extra care with bracket choice, cable route, fixing method, and wall type.
Tell us your TV model and we can advise what will work best for your wall.
Enhance your TV installation with optional extras including cable concealment, soundbar mounting, shelving, lighting, and device setup.
On plasterboard and stud walls, cables can often be routed through the wall cavity after the cable path is checked. Quoted separately before work starts.
Soundbar mounted below or above the TV with cables managed alongside the main installation.
Neat surface trunking for brick, chimney breast, or solid walls when an internal cable route is not the right option. It can usually be painted to match the wall.
If you need a bracket as well as the installation, we can advise on the right type for your TV and wall before you buy anything.
Fitted below the TV to hold a Sky box, games console, or streaming device.
LED strip fitted during the mounting visit to avoid disturbing cables later.
Devices connected, configured, and tidied away as part of your main installation.

Yes. Plasterboard walls can hold a TV when the wall is checked properly and the correct fixing method is used. We do not rely on standard wall plugs. Depending on the wall, TV size, and bracket, we may use stud fixing or rated plasterboard fixings.

On plasterboard and stud walls, cables can often be routed through the wall cavity after the cable path is checked. On brick walls, neat surface trunking is usually the better option. We confirm the cable route before agreeing on the cable work layout.
Yes. We mount TVs above fireplaces after checking the heat level, wall construction, viewing height, bracket type, and cable route. If the position is too high, too hot, or not right for the wall, we will advise a safer option before drilling.
